Kcam installation with win98se

Posted on Friday, December 23, 2011 - 02:32 pm:        Hello, i've been trying to install kcam 4.0.0.56 in windows 98 se. The installer aborts because a newer windows version is required. Installing the win98 SP1 and the DLL re-installation could not solve the problem. Can anybody give me a hint? thanks a lot! More recent versions of KCam use an updated installer program. That new installer may be the problem. You will find them in the "Previous Versions" web page linked at the bottom of the KCam box in the Downloads page.
