Recently acquired a 4 axis board TB5650 from Hong Kong. Comes with set up for Mach 3 and works fine with it. When I try to configure the pinouts to the board for Kcam4 however, the Y axis refuses to work. The board uses pin17 as enable,pin 7 as Direction and pin 14 as step. X, Z and A axes work fine. Wondering if there are any pinout incompatibilities or other reasons that might be causing problem. | ||

Pins 14 and 17 are electronically inverted on the PC Parallel port. Try inverting the signals in KCam to straighten them out. |
